別人看見我們的行為；但上帝知道我們的動機

知道上帝鑒察萬事，能讓我們不在乎別人會怎樣看待我們。

當我們作正確的事時，不需要其他人讚賞的掌聲；

當我們犯罪後，不要只顧慮自己的聲譽，而是要向上帝認罪悔改，

並解決與人的爭端，向被我們傷害的人認錯，

那麼我們的心中必有平安，

因為知道

歷代志下16章9節：

「耶和華的眼目遍察全地，要顯大能幫助向祂心存誠實的人」

2 Chronicles 16:9

For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war.”
