再發現五大挪亞方舟新證據

探索隊展示從巨型木結構取走的木樣本、白色粒狀物體、繩索樣本和晶體。

繼2004年「挪亞方舟國際事工」派出首支華人探索隊登上亞拉臘山尋找方舟，並拍得有關片段後；探索隊再於去年十月在土耳其東部的亞拉拉特山，發現與《聖經》描述的挪亞方舟相似的巨型木結構。是次發現，有望進一步證實挪亞方舟確曾存在。
今次的探索隊由香港和土耳其人組成，六名香港隊員包括負責核實巨型木結構位置的李耀輝，藝人梁藝玲更成為探索隊中唯一一位女隊員。
五大與《聖經》吻合的新發現
探索隊進入巨型木結構後找到的五大新發現，包括︰
一、發現巨型木結構的位置高度超過海拔4,000米；
二、巨型木結構在山上輕微傾斜；
三、其木的顏色為棕紅色；
四、在木結構的末端已破損及有洞孔，人們可以穿過進入；
五、巨型木結構非常深色，為頗長的長方型。
而在探索過程中，探索隊隊員發現巨型木結構內有七個不同的空間，其中一個呈木盒子形的空間，內有一面有牆身的木欄，上面平均分佈有木釘；據推測，這是用來套上繩索，以圈養動物的地方。
另外，在不同的空間中，也找到有入榫位的木結構，探索隊更首次取走木結構內的木樣本、白色粒狀物體、繩索樣本和晶體作進一步化驗。
挪亞方舟國際事工總幹事袁文輝向《可圈可點》表示，「我們會聯絡更多海外專家研究和進一步解釋今次的發現。」
盼助信徒更樂意傳福音
袁文輝又表示，「有些人可能認為，無論找不找到方舟，人也會相信上帝、相信《聖經》。但我們希望找到多一些證據和事實，令更多人相信上帝。」
他又認為，找到方舟可幫肋基督徒傳福音。「當我們找到證實挪亞方舟的證據，係咪應該快去傳福音？我們希望，多做一點（與方舟有關的研究），可催促信徒快些傳福音！」袁文輝亦希望，透過方舟的新發現增加信徒的話題，令基督徒更樂意分享信仰。
袁文輝透露，機構最快於今年下半年，把新一輯方舟電影搬上大銀幕，並於未來幾個月到世界各地找尋專家，進一步解釋是次探索的結果，以增加紀錄片電影的說服力。
