『你向耶和華你的神許願，償還不可遲延；因為耶和華你的神必定向你追討，
    你不償還就有罪。你若不許願，倒無罪。』--申命記23:21-22

When you take an oath to the Lord, do not be slow to give effect to it: for without doubt the Lord your God will make you responsible, and will put it to your account as sin. But if you take no oath, there will be no sin. –Deuteronomy 23:21-22
