主啊！我將我的頭腦獻給你，我要戴上救恩的頭盔，
從今以後，我要思念你和上面的事，
我決不再容許任何污穢不義的思想，停留在我腦子裡。
主啊！我將我的眼睛獻給你，從今以後，
我要一直仰望你，單單定睛在你的榮耀和聖潔上，
凡你所不喜悅的事物、書報，我一概不看；。
主啊！我將我的耳朵獻給你，從今以後，
我只要聽你的聲音和教誨，凡是一切閒話或污穢的言語，
我一概不聽。
主啊！我將我的嘴唇獻給你，從今以後，
我願傳你的信息，說造就人的話，凡是閒話或污穢的言語，
一句也不許從我的口裡出來。
主啊！我將我的心志獻給你，
我要穿上公義的護心鏡，並用真理的帶子束腰，
求主將聖潔的愛充滿在我心裡，使我能夠愛神愛人，
使我在任何事上不固執自己的意思，只揀選你的旨意。
主啊！我將我的雙手獻給你，我要拿起聖靈的寶劍，
就是神的道，又要拿起信德的籐牌，滅盡惡者一切的火箭，
從今以後，我願作主的事工，凡是主所不喜悅的事物，我一概不摸。
主啊！我將我的雙腳獻給你，我要穿上平安的福音當作預備走路的鞋，
從今以後，我要走福音的道路，
凡是主所不喜悅的地方，不能榮耀主名的場合，我一概不去。

以弗所書
6:11 要穿戴 神所賜的全副軍裝，就能抵擋魔鬼的詭計。
6:12 因我們並不是與屬血氣的爭戰（原文是摔跤），乃是與那些執政的、掌權的、管轄這幽暗世界的，以及天空屬靈氣的惡魔爭戰。
6:13 所以，要拿起 神所賜的全副軍裝，好在磨難的日子抵擋仇敵，並且成就了一切，還能站立得住。
6:14 所以要站穩了，用真理當作帶子束腰，用公義當作護心鏡遮胸，
6:15 又用平安的福音當作預備走路的鞋穿在腳上。
6:16 此外，又拿著信德當作盾牌，可以滅盡那惡者一切的火箭；
6:17 並戴上救恩的頭盔，拿著聖靈的寶劍，就是 神的道！
Ephesians
6:11 Take up God's instruments of war, so that you may be able to keep your position against all the deceits of the Evil One.
6:12 For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against authorities and powers, against the world-rulers of this dark night, against the spirits of evil in the heavens.
6:13 For this reason take up all the arms of God, so that you may be able to be strong in the evil day, and, having done all, to keep your place.
6:14 Take your place, then, having your body clothed with the true word, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness;
6:15 Be ready with the good news of peace as shoes on your feet;
6:16 And most of all, using faith as a cover to keep off all the flaming arrows of the Evil One.
6:17 And take salvation for your head-dress and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
